The Association of Blue Bay Resort Owners is an independent, professional and active association that looks after the interests of all property owners at Blue Bay Resort. As an owner, you will automatically become a member.

The Home Owners Association takes care of:

• Management and maintenance of roads, street lighting and the resort boundaries
• Maintenance of roadsides and trenches
• Managing and monitoring the 24-7 security team
• Monitoring compliance with rules
• Budgeting and accountability
• Communication between all stakeholders
• Providing information and answering your questions

The office of the Home Owners’ Association is located in the Welcome Center and open on weekdays from 8 AM - 12 PM and from 1 - 5 PM. You are most welcome to pay us a visit.
