The Ridge consists of three buildings. Buildings A, B & C contain three 2-bedroom apartments (213 and 222 m2 gross) and two 3-bedroom penthouses (284 m2 gross) per building. All apartments will have one parking lot, the penthouses, however, will have two parking spaces.
All of The Ridge’s apartments are oriented towards the sea and have a full sea view thanks to elevated location right behind the beach. On top of that, every apartment has its own private infinity pool! A private stair will be installed to reach the private beach and beach club from the apartments.
